Crazy Color 63 Bubblegum Blue 100ml
A fantastic light, bright blue from Crazy Color. This is a beautiful cool blue with a hint of Turquoise.
For best results apply to pale blonde hair, using a tint brush to ensure even coverage. Work the colour into your hair until it foams slightly and allow to process for at least 20 minutes. Colour can be darkened slightly with a second application.
